This is why we are offering a 100 Day Money Back Guarantee: if you do not feel our hearing aids have changed your hearing for the better, simply email us at support@gratitudehearing.com so we can organize the return of your hearing aids and issue a refund. 

We do not provide return shipping labels at this time.

Kindly include your order number, which complete product(s) you are looking to return and the reason. Once we confirm your return, ship the product and once it arrives at our facility, we will issue your full refund.

If you returned any products prior to contacting us, please contact our support to make us aware of the returned items so that we can proceed further with the return or exchange. 

Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
