We ship anywhere in the United States and offer FREE Shipping on ALL orders.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped in 1 day, at most.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, kindly check your spam/trash folders, or email us at support@gratitudehearing.com for further support. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checkout to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Taxes

Sales taxes are mandated by the local state governments. Gratitude Hearing charges a sales tax for all US orders. Gratitude Hearing in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.


How can I change my order?

If you wish to change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your order, or change your address, please contact support@gratitudehearing.com as soon as possible. As orders begin processing quickly, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order, however, we will do our best.

I didn't receive my package

If your order should have already been delivered, kindly check with your neighbors who may have received the package on your behalf. If you are not able to locate your order, kindly contact support@gratitudehearing.com for further assistance.
